From Purchasing From The EMIRATES... Up To Your HOME

Here is how the export car from Dubai to Europe process takes place step by step :

1 Your project

Explain your project to us by specifying the following : make (brand), model, year, maximum mileage desired and we will provide you with a list of vehicles corresponding to your request. All you have to do is choose !

You may as well decide to search by yourself on Dubizzle, Yalla Motor, or Dubicars and send us your listings.

2 Diagnosis and estimate

The selected vehicle(s) will be subject to an in-depth inspection by one of our approved specialist mechanics : inventory (case: mechanics, bodywork, maintenance history, check-up in the event of an accident, etc.) as well as a road test.

Once this process comes to an end, a diagnosis will be established and will be communicated to you along with photos and videos.

We will send you a detailed estimate of all costs should the vehicle meets your expectations, this includes :

  • Vehicle price in Dubai,
  • Administrative costs before export (RTA and compulsory technical inspection, ("gray card" holding your name, license plate, "14-day insurance", export certificate, rental of covered parking, etc.),
  • Maritime transport in containers (20 feet or 40 feet) + freight forwarders
  • Our commission of 1300 euros or 1600$ excluding VAT (5%).
  • Remainder to be settled directly :
  • Customs taxes (ex: 10% customs clearance + 20% VAT for France),
  • Homologation/approvals fees.
3 Vehicle validation

This will be the quotation accepted with the confirmation of transfer of funds, from our side, we'll keep the vehicle for you with a deposit.

4 Preparation of the vehicle before export

Once the payment is settled, we will finalize the last administrative steps for you before exporting, this covers the registration in your name of the RTA and the technical control, Export plate and Export certificate, a 14-day insurance, a covered parking rental, etc.

5 Transport and customs clearance

We will escort your vehicle to the port and ensure its security in the container. You will just have to wait around 30 to 40 days to receive your vehicle ... Before arriving at your destination, you will have to pay customs clearance fees as well as VAT (the file will be provided by us).

6 Reception and approval

You can collect your vehicle directly from the port of your country’s residence or have it delivered to your home by one of our service providers (an additional costs will have to be defined).

You will only need to take care of the final approval and homologation, either through our specialists or by yourself.
